Eurasia /
Europe and Asia together. Each country appears once, including Russia, Turkey and Kazakhstan. Circle area equals catalog land area. The picture is not a map of the region.
How to read it. Radius is sqrt(area / pi) times the site display scale. Pan, zoom, and hide labels with Aa. Overlap is avoided by packing, so two circles touch because of their sizes, not because the countries share a border.
93 places. Largest: Russian Federation (16 376 870 km²). Next: China (9 388 210 km²). Smallest: Gibraltar (10 km²). Combined catalog area 53 102 985 km².
Africa, the Americas and Oceania are not included. This is the set to see how one Eurasian landmass compares country by country without drawing a shoreline. Source: legacy RoundObject country areas. For every catalog country at once, open the All countries world.
