Oceania / Океания
Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific islands and territories present in the catalog. Circle area equals catalog land area. The picture is not a map of the region.
How to read it. Radius is sqrt(area / pi) times the site display scale. Pan, zoom, and hide labels with Aa. Overlap is avoided by packing, so two circles touch because of their sizes, not because the countries share a border.
19 places. Largest: Australia (7 692 020 km²). Next: Papua New Guinea (452 860 km²). Smallest: Nauru (20 km²). Combined catalog area 8 495 530 km².
Australia the country is the circle; there is no extra circle for the continent. Indonesia and the Philippines are in the Asia world. Hawaii is part of the United States and is not repeated here. Source: legacy RoundObject country areas. For every catalog country at once, open the All countries world.
